Kate Allison is a strategic data and research leader with over 15 years of experience in driving business growth and policy impact through analytics. Currently an Economic Mobility Fellow at the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program, they support initiatives aimed at increasing economic mobility for low-income individuals. Their past roles include serving as a Summer Fellow at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and as an English Teacher for the Hokkaido Prefectural Government. Additionally, they have held various analytical positions at the University of Colorado Boulder and have contributed to research at Educational Testing Service (ETS). Kate earned a PhD and completed a fellowship with Education Pioneers, focusing on data collection and collaboration efforts in public education.
