Keith Friant

Keith Friant is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Comcast Business, where they lead the global talent strategy for a $10 billion enterprise. With a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Keith is committed to driving recruitment practices while nurturing a capable team. Previously, they held various roles at Comcast, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Sr. Manager of Talent, and began their career as an Account Executive at Power Home Remodeling Group. Keith is currently pursuing a B.A. in Government and Politics with a concentration in History at the University of Maryland.
