Keith Ladson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in channel operations and technical operations within Comcast since January 2001. Currently serving as Executive Director of Channel Operations, Keith leads technological and operational initiatives for multifamily product portfolios, including Managed Wi-Fi and Smart Communities. Previous roles include Senior Director for Field Technical Operations and Mountain West Region Logistic Operations, where Keith focused on enhancing device and mobile applications to improve user experience and support call center efficiency. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wyoming and an Executive Education Program degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
