Executive Director - Xfinity Rewards

Ken Flynn is an experienced executive in customer marketing and loyalty program development, currently serving as Executive Director of Xfinity Rewards at Comcast Cable since February 2012. In this role, Ken leads the creation and execution of a prominent loyalty program for 30 million residential Connectivity customers. Previously, Ken held various leadership positions at Comcast Cable, including Executive Director of Base Management, where strategies to enhance customer lifetime value were developed, and Senior Director of Customer Marketing for retention and upgrades. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at HSBC Insurance, crafting cross-sell strategies using data analytics, as well as positions at JPMorgan Chase and American Express, focusing on customer behavior segmentation and information management. Ken holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Management from Rutgers University.
