Kyle Richardson is the Senior Director of Employee Communications at Comcast. An award-winning writer and editor, Kyle has over 20 years of experience in writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and people and project management. They focus on developing strategic communications and partnering with business leaders to align messaging with key business priorities. Prior to joining Comcast, Kyle supported communications at Jefferson University, AmeriHealth Caritas, and NAPCO Media. Their work has earned multiple accolades, including the CASE District II award and the Aster Award. Kyle lives in Philadelphia with their spouse, Vanessa.
