Lauren Singer, SHRM-CP, is a Senior HR Business Partner at Comcast, currently leveraging their extensive HR expertise to support the company's human resources initiatives. Previously, Lauren served as a Manager in Human Resources and an Advisor in Employee Relations at Comcast, and held various HR roles at IKEA Group and francesca’s®, where they excelled in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. They also played a key role as the Human Resources Lead at Girls In Power, specializing in intern recruitment and team training. Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Delaware.
