Laurie Whaley

Laurie Whaley is the Sr. Director of Workforce Strategy and Employee Experience at Comcast Cable, where they currently lead initiatives to enhance talent pipelines and diversity hiring goals. Prior to their tenure at Comcast, Laurie served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Dex Media, Inc., developing HR strategies that improved employee engagement and retention. They also held various HR roles at Graebel Companies, ConAm Management Corporation, and as Director of Human Resources at Comcast, fostering strong partnerships and implementing workforce strategies for thousands of employees. Laurie earned a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from the University of Denver.
