Lavone J.

Lavone J. is a highly effective manager with extensive experience in human resources and customer experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Experience at Comcast since 2019, Lavone previously held the role of Director of Human Resources at Waste Management from 2010 to 2019, where they successfully established an international HR organization in India and led strategic initiatives across various corporate functions. Prior to that, Lavone worked at The Home Depot for a decade in several HR roles, providing guidance on employee relations and managing complex employment claims. Lavone is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at LeTourneau University.
