Lawrence Stephens

Lawrence Stephens is a Senior Leader of Field Operations with extensive experience managing operations and community engagement across six field offices in northern Colorado's resort communities. With over 20 years in cable, telecom, and technology leadership, Lawrence focuses on strategic planning, change management, and workforce development. Their past roles include Sergeant in the US Army National Guard, Comm Tech at Comcast Cable, and various managerial positions culminating in the role of Director of Field Operations at Comcast. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Grantham University and the University of Arizona Global Campus, respectively.
