Leighton Seawright

Leighton Seawright is a strategic operations executive with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and team empowerment. They began their career as an Assistant Financial Sales Officer at First Western Bancorp, where they provided mentorship and developed sales strategies. From 1994 to 1997, they served as a District Manager at PCA International, managing a team of sales professionals across multiple states. At Comcast, from 1998 to 2020, Leighton held various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Customer Strategy and Operations, where they led growth initiatives and optimized customer experiences. Currently, they are the Director of Individual Sales for the North East Division at Comcast.
