Lenee Foley

Lenee Foley is currently a Supervisor of Employee Relations at Comcast, where they lead a team in managing complex employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management. Previously, Lenee held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they increased employee retention through engagement programs, and Senior HR Generalist at Red Robin, overseeing investigations and mentoring a team. Lenee also served as an HR Consultant for Insperity, contributing to policy updates and performance management for small businesses.
