Loi To is the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Comcast Business, leading strategic planning for a ~$10 billion revenue business unit since 2014. With over 15 years of experience, they have held roles at various firms, including a Senior Associate position at Investor Group Services, where they worked on numerous due diligence and strategy studies, and Consultant at Altman Vilandrie & Company, advising major telecom and technology executives. Currently, Loi serves on the board of iTel Networks Inc. and is pursuing a BA in Russian and Political Science at Tufts University.
