Matt Kelley

Matt Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government and regulatory affairs in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Comcast since February 2014, Matt engages with local elected officials and community organizations in Indiana. Prior to this role, Matt was a Communications Manager at Frontier Communications, where early retirement was taken in January 2013 after responsibilities included media relations and employee communications in Michigan. Matt's career also includes a decade as State Director of Regulatory at Verizon, advocating before regulatory commissions in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, and providing expert testimony in administrative hearings. Matt began the career at GTE as an engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indiana State University, complemented by further education at Boston College Carroll School of Management.
