Matthew Premus

Matthew Premus currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Development at Comcast, leading a team focused on growth strategies that encompass mergers and acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and organic incubation, with special attention to broadband infrastructure, pay TV, streaming, multifamily solutions, and advertising. Previous roles at Comcast include Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director within the Strategic Development department. Prior to Comcast, Matthew worked at Avista Healthcare Partners as an Associate in Private Equity, assessing over 50 acquisitions across multiple sectors. Matthew's experience also includes an investment banking analyst position at Barclays Investment Bank, where involvement in over 150 projects contributed to significant mergers and acquisitions. An early career internship at BlackRock provided exposure to fixed income portfolio management. Matthew holds an MBA with Honors in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BSc with Honors in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business.
