Melanie Penna

Melanie Penna serves as the Executive Vice President of People & Product Experiences at Comcast Growth & Operations. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President of People and Integration for Comcast's Technology, Product, and Xperience team, leading HR for nearly 10,000 employees globally. Melanie has extensive experience in HR management, integration strategies, and employee relations, having established the TPX Integration team since joining in 2017. With a strong focus on women's leadership issues, they also serve as an Executive Sponsor for employee resource groups within Comcast. Melanie holds a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Mary's College and an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
