Mica Iddings is currently the ESG Compliance Counsel at Comcast, where they provide legal support on environmental, sustainability, and ESG matters. Previously, Mica served as Environmental, Health & Safety Counsel at FMC Corporation and gained diverse legal experience through roles such as Assistant Counsel at the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board and Law Clerk at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Mica also founded Ipso Facto Baking, a project supporting non-profits, and has a strong background in environmental law research and community advocacy.
