Michael Cramer

Michael Cramer has extensive experience in product security, privacy, and technical operations, currently serving as the Director of Product Security and Privacy and Director of Technical Operations at Comcast since February 2011, where oversight includes managing critical systems for the X1 Platform. Prior to this, Michael held the position of QA Manager and Consultant at Webkist.com from October 2000 to February 2011, contributing to technology support for PBS infrastructure. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Assistant Director of Web Technology at PBS from January 1996 to August 2000, where significant advancements were made in building the PBS web infrastructure, scaling from a single machine to a complex server setup. Michael holds a BA in English from Penn State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
