Michael Denny

Michael Denny is the Vice President of Development and External Affairs at Universal Development Partners, LLC. They previously served as a Senior Project Manager at Lochsa Engineering and oversaw major construction projects at NBC Universal Studios and Comcast NBCUniversal. With a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Michael has extensive experience in large civil project management, utility infrastructure, and entitlement negotiations. Additionally, they hold the position of Chairman of the Board at Samaritan House Inc., where they manage finances and oversee staff operations.
