Michael Kinney

Michael Kinney is a QA Engineer III at Comcast, where they focus on implementing quality assurance practices and managing deployment project plans. Previously, they held various roles at Comcast from 2013 to 2015, including CSA Tech II, where they addressed customer security issues and enhanced workflow management. Prior to that, Michael was a Lexus Technology Specialist and in-house IT at Lawrence Lexus from 2006 to 2013, creating training programs and supporting telematic systems. Michael holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from King's College and has also studied Network Security at Strayer University.
