Michael Lorentson

Michael Lorentson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business operations. They began their career at Wells Fargo as an Inbound Sales Specialist and later served as a Credit Manager, achieving monthly quotas and leading departmental sales. After moving to Wachovia, they excelled as a Call Center Sales Supervisor, managing a high-performing sales force. Currently, Michael holds the position of Sr. Director - Compensation Tools & Technology at Comcast, where they drive operational effectiveness and manage compensation strategies. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and recently completed an MBA from La Salle University.
