Michael Marabella, CPA, has extensive experience in executive compensation and financial reporting, currently serving as Vice President of Executive Compensation at Comcast Corporation since September 2010. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions including VP of Product Management at AST Equity Plan Solutions, where responsibilities included managing equity products and client services, and VP of Strategic & Financial Reporting at Merrill Lynch, focusing on equity plan reporting and FAS123r compliance. Earlier in their career, Michael managed compensation and benefits accounting at Comcast and served as Manager of Financial Reporting at SunSource, Inc.
