Michael Ruger

Michael Ruger is the Vice President of Government Affairs at Comcast and has served as a Hopewell Township Committee Member and Mayor since January 2023. They previously worked as a Principal at Michael Ruger Consulting and held various roles at the Federal Communications Commission and Baker & Hostetler LLP. Michael graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and earned a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Penn State University. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Michael is actively involved in local organizations, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Mercer County and Chair of the Board of Visitors for Penn State's Political Science Department.
