Mike Baker

Mike Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director of ULearn Solutions at Comcast since April 2005, Mike is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality training experiences and expanding the organization's technological training reach. Previous roles at Comcast include Senior Manager of Northeast Regional Operations and Engineering, Learning & Development Program Manager, and Technical Instructor, demonstrating a strong background in managing teams and developing training curricula. Prior to Comcast, Mike held teaching positions at Exceed Education and Decision One, where certification by Sun Microsystems was achieved for various training programs. Mike holds an MBA in Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology and Economics from Boston College.
