Mike Brady

Mike Brady began their career at Vanguard in 2004 as an Investment Associate after graduating from Penn State University. Over nearly two decades, they achieved seven promotions, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Most recently, they served as a Senior Program Manager, partnering with McKinsey & Company to implement a management system that identified significant cost savings and improved performance. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology, Mike continues to combine their expertise in business strategy and operational excellence with a commitment to relationship-building and continuous improvement.
