Misty Jeschke

Misty Jeschke has extensive experience in network design and customer support, beginning a notable career at XO Communications from August 2003 to July 2017 as a Circuit Design III/Advanced Provisioning Specialist, where responsibilities included planning and designing data and voice networks and ensuring quality assurance for network order information. Jeschke further contributed to network efficiency with the Regional Cost Recovery Group by conducting audits and reducing operating costs through research on facility fee data. Following this, Jeschke served as a Compliance and Fleet Services Customer Support Representative at Penske Truck Leasing from December 2017 to March 2022, and is currently employed as an ACP Engineer II at Comcast, starting in March 2022. Jeschke holds a Technical Diploma in Local Area Networking from Allentown Business School/Lehigh Valley College.
