Nakia Smith Collier

Nakia Smith Collier is a results-driven Project Management leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and governance. They held various roles at AT&T from 2006 to 2015, including Senior Manager of Business Process Management and Training, where they initiated organizational transformations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Project Management at Comcast and are a Board Member at Nana Grants, supporting childcare initiatives for low-income student mothers. Nakia is pursuing degrees in Business Management and Banking from Lone Star College and the American Institute of Banking.
