Norma Rhee

Norma Rhee is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in insights and strategy. Currently, Norma serves as the Director of Marketing Insights at Comcast since September 2023. Previously, Norma held various leadership roles at NBCUniversal from July 2013 to August 2023, including Director of Strategy & Insights and Associate Director of Insights & Strategy. Norma began a career in research at Sprout from June 2007 to July 2013, advancing from Research Analyst to Manager, Research. Norma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has participated in study abroad programs at The University of Edinburgh and UCL.
