Paul Cheng is a Senior Engineering Leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. They served as Director of Software Development at Melco International LLC from 2014 to 2022, where they led the software engineering organization in developing cloud, desktop, and embedded software for industrial automation, and successfully launched multiple products. Paul briefly held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Homebound in 2022, focusing on property-tech applications, and currently serves as Senior Manager of Software Development and Engineering at Comcast. As a technical co-founder of Yorz Laser, they pioneered custom laser etching solutions, and they previously managed software engineering teams at Microsemi and Xilinx Inc. Paul is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at New York University and holds an AB in Mathematics from Cornell University.
