Phil Saletta

Phil Saletta currently serves as the Lead Analyst in Fraud Strategy at Comcast, a position held since November 2017, following a progression from Senior Fraud Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as Risk Management Supervisor at QVC, where leadership of a 12-person team and successful coordination of risk management initiatives led to significant reductions in fraud losses. Phil has a strong background in customer engagement and risk analysis, having resolved escalated customer issues and assisted in offshoring transitions. Prior to QVC, Phil worked in various capacities at QVC as a Risk Specialist and Prepaid Specialist, excelling in fraud prevention and customer verification. Phil initiated career development by generating leads as a Canvasser at Renewal by Andersen. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University and has pursued further education at Drexel University.
