Phyllis Simms is a seasoned Sr. Security Technical Program Manager with a robust background in Cybersecurity, Technical, and Business environments. Currently, at Microsoft, Phyllis leads programs within the End Point Protection Services CyberSecurity Division, focusing on strategic planning and development of security products. With previous roles at CIGNA, Comcast, and JPMorgan Chase, Phyllis has demonstrated expertise in project and program management, as well as a strong ability to foster collaboration across various teams. Phyllis holds a B.A. in Economics from Norfolk State University and multiple certifications in project leadership and management.
