Quentin SaLay, MBA, is the Global Head of Human Resources executive at Freewheel, a Comcast Company, where they develop global people, culture, and strategy for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. With a strong background in human resources, Quentin previously served as Executive Vice President Human Resources at Comcast, supporting over 4,000 employees across multiple states and influencing key business decisions. They are currently pursuing a Global MBA at The Fletcher School at Tufts University and hold several other degrees in psychology, human resources, and executive leadership development. As a certified executive coach and change management expert, Quentin is dedicated to fostering high-performance teams and dynamic workplace cultures.
