Rachel Kim

Rachel Kim has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and project management. At Comcast, Rachel served as Director of Software Engineering and Development and previously as Software Development Manager from June 2013 to May 2025. Prior to Comcast, Rachel held the position of Senior Program Manager at Aircell for a brief period in early 2013. Rachel's earlier roles include Senior IT Project Manager, Software Development Manager, and Q/A Manager at Level 3 Communications from May 2000 to January 2013; MTS and Project Manager at Lucent Technologies from August 1998 to May 2000; and MTS Software Developer at AT&T Bell Labs from September 1994 to August 1998. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between January 1989 and January 1991.
