Rachel Shapiro is a seasoned project manager currently at Comcast since September 2022, where responsibilities include hosting regional calls for project updates and overseeing equipment tracking for head end upgrades. Prior to Comcast, Rachel Shapiro worked at Granite Telecommunications from February 2015 to September 2022, initially serving as a solutions engineer and later as a data analyst, managing broadband rollouts and data circuit implementations for various high-profile clients. Rachel Shapiro's career began at Survey Sampling International from November 2012 to February 2015, where project management and client service skills were honed as a client delivery consultant and accounts receivable coordinator.
