Rafael Cruz is a seasoned professional in technology and quality engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Technology - Global Quality Engineering, Operations & Partnerships at Comcast NBCUniversal. With a robust background, Rafael has held various roles including Director of Engineering - Technology & Change Management at Comcast and Program Director. Rafael's experience extends to Claymore Industries LLC as a Member, and previously at Veeco Instruments as New Product Development Program Manager. Rafael has also worked as a Project/Program Manager at Keller Technology Corporation and as an Independent Consultant. Rafael holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2003 and 2006.
