Ray McCumber

Ray McCumber, MBA, is an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in coaching, training, and leadership. Currently, they hold multiple managerial roles at Comcast Cable, including Manager of Payment Services and Customer Experience Manager. Ray has also contributed to the company as part of Sourcing Management & Governance - Customer Relationship Management. Prior to this, they owned Clear to Close, LLC, and served as District Manager at Check Into Cash. Ray is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Northcentral University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
