Reshma Bennur

Reshma Bennur currently serves as the Executive Director of Product, Growth & Marketing Insights at Comcast, where responsibilities have included leading product and growth insights initiatives since April 2020. Prior to this, Bennur held various leadership roles at PeopleMetrics from May 2014 to April 2020, including Vice President of Customer Experience, overseeing client management, business development, and the deployment of CX technology solutions. Other significant roles include Senior Project Director at The Melior Group and Consultant at The Gallup Organization, focusing on qualitative and quantitative market research and customer engagement evaluations. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager of Marketing Projects at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where project management and public health initiatives in cardiology and gynecology were key responsibilities. Bennur holds an MBA in Marketing from the Welingkar Institute of Management, an MSc in Biochemistry from M.S University of Baroda, and a BSc in Microbiology & Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College.
