Rich Herbert is an experienced HR technology and operations leader with a strong background in training, development, and continuous improvement. They have held various roles, including Program Manager at PHH Mortgage, where they managed Lean Six Sigma training initiatives, and Principal, Learning and Talent Management at Comcast, where they designed and implemented technology-based solutions. Rich has a passion for transforming HR operations through technology and has contributed to significant projects like the Workday Learning Implementation for ~100K employees.
