Rob Arce, MBA, has extensive experience in the construction and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Director of Construction at Comcast since June 2019, Rob has previously held key positions including Senior Construction Manager and Construction Manager. Prior to Comcast, Rob was involved with HACEMOS at AT&T from 2014 to April 2019, serving as President of HACEMOS SFL, the largest Employee Resource Group in South Florida. Rob's career at AT&T spanned from July 2005 to April 2019, holding the role of Area Manager. Earlier experience includes a District Staff Manager position at Bellsouth Telecommunications Inc., focusing on productivity metrics. Rob holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, obtained between 2004 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Professional Management from the same institution, completed in 2001.
