Rob Bates

Rob Bates is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Operations/Finance at Comcast Cable since 2013. With over 25 years of experience across multiple companies and states, Rob has held various leadership roles, including Director of Technical Operations at Comcast and Area Manager Construction at Verizon. Rob has also contributed to education as an assistant swim coach at Westtown School and has taught Labor Relations Management at Penn State University. Rob holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University, and is pursuing a graduate certificate in Accounting from Villanova University.
