Roland Gothard is an experienced program and project management professional, currently serving as Manager of Program Management at Comcast since September 2015. With a background that includes roles as Senior Program Manager and Project Manager in technology and product operations, Roland has successfully managed multiple high-profile programs, laying a foundation for organizational success. Prior to Comcast, Roland held leadership positions at The Gothard Group, LLC, MRS BPO, LLC, and the Guardian First Funding Group, driving strategic operations and relationship management. Roland’s expertise spans various industries, with a strong emphasis on strategy development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers Business School.
