Romit Bhatt

Romit Bhatt is an experienced professional in technology compliance and audit engagement, currently serving as Audit Engagement Executive, Technology at Comcast since April 2024. Previously, Romit was Head of Technology Compliance at WTW from January 2023 to March 2024, managing a global technology function with a focus on Sarbanes–Oxley Act compliance and service organization controls. Notably, Romit held the position of Director of SOx Compliance at S&P Global and Director of SOx at IHS Markit, overseeing all IT-related compliance activities and enhancing SOX frameworks. Experience at KPMG UK included roles managing SAP security and risk consulting, while earlier positions at Infosys focused on SAP systems analysis and infrastructure management. Romit holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL.
