Rudy Dauncey is the Sr. Director of Network Maintenance for the Comcast Heartland Region, where they currently oversee a team of over 400 employees responsible for maintaining more than 60,000 miles of cable plant across Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. Prior to this role, Rudy served as the Sr. Network Maintenance Manager for West Michigan from 2012 to 2016. Rudy completed the Tuck Executive Leadership Program at Dartmouth in 2019 and is actively involved in the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, recently being elected as the Region 7 representative.
