Ryan Kelly is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Comcast, a role they have held since 2021, where they oversee various initiatives related to tools, technology, and quality across the customer experience. Prior to this, Ryan was the Executive Director of Operational Effectiveness at Comcast from 2016 to 2021. They began their career at Accenture as a Consultant, Analyst, and Manager between 2009 and 2013, focusing on communications and telecommunications. Ryan earned a BA in Bio-Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2004 and participated in a study abroad program at UNSW in 2002.
