Samantha Daugherty is the Sr. Director of Operations at Comcast, where they currently manage operations in the Consumer Research & Insights Department. With extensive experience in leadership roles, they have previously served as Operations Manager at OGC Global and VP of Operations across several organizations, including Clinical SCORE and Princeton Data Source. Samantha excels in fostering team development, improving operational efficiency, and creating strategic initiatives that bridge communication gaps among diverse stakeholders. They hold a BS in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and have demonstrated success in managing multiple high-profile projects throughout their career.
