Samantha Lam, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, spanning various roles across multiple companies. Beginning with educational assistance at JEI Learning Center, Samantha later transitioned to HR functions at Scala, where important processes such as recruitment, benefits management, and internal communication systems were developed. Subsequent roles at Comcast showcased an ability to manage full employee life cycles, support employee engagement initiatives, and enhance HR processes for a large workforce. As the current Manager of Human Resources at Comcast, Samantha leverages a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, Legal Studies, and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University.
