Sara Murphy Millar

Sara Murphy Millar is the Executive Director of Corporate Compliance at Comcast, where they manage initiatives to foster a global culture of compliance and ethics. Previously, they held various roles at Comcast, including Senior Director and Director of Corporate Compliance, successfully overseeing a range of compliance programs and training initiatives for over 90,000 employees. Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Operations Project Manager and Operational Compliance Specialist at Shire Pharmaceuticals. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Boston University and an MBA from Temple University, and are currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Dublin City University.
