Seth Kramer has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Assistant Deputy General Counsel at Comcast since October 2016. In this role, Seth manages comprehensive patent litigation activities, including evaluating third-party patents, developing defenses, overseeing discovery processes, and handling pre-trial and trial proceedings. Prior to Comcast, Seth was an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP from September 2010 to September 2016, specializing in intellectual property matters. Seth began a legal career as a law clerk in the Patent Department at Synthes in 2009. Seth holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
