Shell Lohmann

Shell Lohmann currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Comcast in the Big South Region, a position held since March 2025. Before this role, Shell Lohmann worked at UScellular for nearly 14 years, progressing through various HR positions, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included team leadership in talent acquisition and retention, as well as serving as a strategic partner to executives in aligning HR strategies with business goals. Prior experience includes a tenure at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where Shell Lohmann managed workforce development programs and university partnerships while establishing a university recruiting presence. Shell Lohmann holds a degree in Social Psychology with a concentration in Government from Harvard University.
