Shon Agard

Shon Agard, CPP, is the Director of Physical Security Technology at Comcast, where they are responsible for developing physical security solutions and systems integration for a large-scale operation of over 20,000 employees and contractors across multiple states. With over a decade of experience in security operations and project management, Shon has demonstrated success in building teams and implementing data-driven solutions to address complex security challenges. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Assets Protection and Security and a Master of Science degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Shon is also board certified in security management, holding the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation, and holds an Essentials of Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) Certificate earned in 2023.
