Shormi Ghosh is a strategic and people-centric HR leader with over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement across global organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Comcast India, Shormi leads enterprise-wide talent assessments and has launched impactful career and mentorship programs. Previously, Shormi held positions at The World Bank, Goldman Sachs, and IBM, where they managed recruitment processes and implemented efficiency-enhancing initiatives. With a passion for shaping inclusive cultures and driving career growth, Shormi has consistently delivered measurable outcomes that align HR strategies with business goals. Shormi earned a B.Sc. Hons in Zoology from St. Xavier’s College and an MBA in Human Resource from Heritage Institute of Technology.
